Return and Refund Policy

Baishakhin Devi Education & Health Charitable Trust (BDEHCT) values your support and is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services and products. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are processed.

1. Donations:

Donations made to BDEHCT are generally non-refundable. However, if you made an error in the amount or other details of your donation, please contact us within 14 days of the donation date to request a correction or refund.
Refunds for donations will be processed at the discretion of BDEHCT management.

2. Products and Services:

If you are not satisfied with any product or service purchased from BDEHCT, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a return or exchange.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Services must not have been utilized beyond the initial consultation.

3. Return Process:

We will provide instructions on how to return the product or cancel the service.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made.
